Preservation Grant

Established in 2018, the Sewickley Valley Historical Society Preservation Grant annually awards funding for up to $10,000 to eligible non-profit organizations and public entities within the 11 boroughs of the Quaker Valley School District. Matching funds for requests $5,000 - $10,000 are required. Grant funds are applicable for exterior construction work only. The purpose of this grant is to support projects that rehabilitate, restore and preserve local historic resources.
Applications are scored using a rubric based on the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Treatment of Historic Properties.
